Date of the Probate and Sum sworn: 24th May, under 800£ Dane and Description of Testator: William Simpson of Mablethorpe in the County of Lincoln, Grazier Name and Place of Abode of Executor: Richard Simpson (abode not mentd) Sole Executor Name of the Legatees: Richard Simpson, son, Residuary Legatee, Susanna Simpson, Charlotte Simpson, Ann Simpson, Ernest Simpson, Sophia Simpson, James Jojn Simpson, Thomas Simpson Amouunt of Legacy or Annuity: 50 Particulars of the several Specific Legacies bequests in Trust and the Residue: [50] Each to be paid to the first gour named within 2 years after testators Death and the rest when they attain the age of 21 years
