I’ve downloaded complete runs of the Risca 1871 Census and the Risca and Lower Machen Censuses of 1881. While browsing them again this morning, I found Daniel Ford and family living a few houses away from Bridget Dineen in 1881:

Their son, Cornelius, had died the previous year in the same mining explosion that killed Joseph Ximenes. Jenny Ford was Bridget’s siste
